Tuna Lettuce Wraps

Delicious and healthy lettuce wraps topped with a hearty tuna salad. Great for a simple and fresh lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

¼ cup bell pepper, chopped

1 tablespoon mayo

1 pouch low-sodium tuna (packed in water)

2 butter lettuce leaves (or any large leaf lettuce)

⅛ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

⅛ teaspoon lemon zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. Drain tuna.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together tuna, bell pepper and mayo.
  3. Divide tuna mixture in half and place equal amounts into each lettuce leaf.
  4. Wrap tightly and serve.

Cooking Tip

Save a wedge of fresh lemon to squeeze over the tuna salad!
