Sweet Spice Cottage Cheese

This is a great one for all of you cheese lovers out there! Feel free to replace the apple with another kidney-friendly fruit of your choosing.

½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons honey
Instructions
- Combine apple chunks, cottage cheese, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Drizzle with honey and serve.
