Sunflower Butter Chocolate Chip Energy Bites

Surprisingly delicious and filling, these tasty snacks only need a bowl and spoon to whip up when you need a healthy snack.

Ingredients

⅔ cup sunflower butter

½ cup chocolate chips, dark

¼ cup raisins

1 cup oats, rolled, uncooked

½ cup ground flax seeds

1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Stir to incorporate well.
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Fill a small bowl with 2 cups of warm water. Dip your fingers in the warm water.
  5. Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and roll with moistened fingers into a ball.
  6. Repeat until you have 16 balls.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.

Cooking Tip

You can play with the flavor by adding different spices to change it up a bit each time you make it.
