Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie
This dessert in a glass tastes every bit as delicious as it sounds. Strawberries emerge in spring, just when we need them most. They serve as an excellent detoxifier and help support the kidneys, liver, and spleen. Loaded with as much vitamin C as oranges, strawberries make a welcome addition to a diet any time of year.
