Ingredients

2 ½ ounces shrimp, shelled, cooked, minced

¼ cup reduced fat cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon no salt added ketchup

¼ teaspoon hot sauce

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon Mrs. Dash® lemon herb seasoning

24 mini matzo crackers

Fresh parsley, minced, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fold shrimp into cream cheese until well combined. Avoid over stirring.
  2. Stir in ketchup, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon herb seasoning.
  3. Place 1 teaspoon of spread on each cracker.
  4. Garnish with parsley.
