Poppy Seed Dressing
This dressing goes great with any salad. It’s tangy and zesty and has a nice texture from the poppy seeds.

Ingredients
¼ cups plus 2 tablespoons wine vinegar (red, sherry, champagne, etc.)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
5 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon Keen’s® dry mustard
¼ small onion, minced
½ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Drizzle on or toss with salad of your choice.
Cooking Tip
Adding more than 1 tablespoon of this dressing may give extra calories.
