Oolong Tea with Cream Foam

1 tablespoon (3 grams) Oolong tea, loose
1 tablespoon (2 grams) mint leaves, fresh
1 cup boiled water
1 tablespoon sugar
½ cup cold water
1 ½ ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons whipped cream
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon nutmeg, ground

Instructions
- Steep tea and mint leaves in boiled water for 3 minutes.
- Strain the tea and pour into a large cup.
- Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Add cold water and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Combine cream cheese, milk, whipped cream and sugar in a bowl to make foam. Beat them using a hand mixer on medium speed until thick and frothy.
- Add cheese foam into the tea and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
- Serve with ice and enjoy!
Cooking Tip
Substitute mint with other herbs, such as basil for different flavors.
