Oolong Tea with Cream Foam

Ingredients

1 tablespoon (3 grams) Oolong tea, loose

1 tablespoon (2 grams) mint leaves, fresh

1 cup boiled water

1 tablespoon sugar

½ cup cold water

1 ½ ounces cream cheese

1 tablespoon milk

2 tablespoons whipped cream

1 tablespoon sugar

½ teaspoon nutmeg, ground

Instructions

  1. Steep tea and mint leaves in boiled water for 3 minutes.
  2. Strain the tea and pour into a large cup.
  3. Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
  4. Add cold water and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  5. Combine cream cheese, milk, whipped cream and sugar in a bowl to make foam. Beat them using a hand mixer on medium speed until thick and frothy.
  6. Add cheese foam into the tea and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
  7. Serve with ice and enjoy!

Cooking Tip

Substitute mint with other herbs, such as basil for different flavors.
