No Bake Pumpkin Mousse Pie

Create this delicious pumpkin pie very easily. It is sure to wow your guests, especially during the holidays!

Ingredients

1 (8-ounces) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup canned pumpkin, 100% pure

½ cup sugar

½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 (8-ounces) tub whipped topping, divided

1 (9-inch) ready to use Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar and pumpkin pie spice with mixer for about 2 minutes on medium-low speed.
  2. Gently stir in 2½ cups whipped topping.
  3. Spoon mixture into pie crust.
  4. Chill for 3 hours, top with remaining whipped topping and serve into 8 slices.

Cooking Tip

Opt for low-fat cream cheese and whipped topping for a healthier option.
