Mac in a Flash (Macaroni and Cheese)

Ingredients

3 cups water

1 cup uncooked noodles, any shape

½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1 teaspoon unsalted butter

⅛ teaspoon dry ground mustard

Instructions

  1. Boil water, add noodles and cook for 5-7 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  2. While still very hot, sprinkle noodles with cheese then stir in butter and ground mustard.

Cooking Tip

Shredded colby jack cheese also works in this quick dish.
