Mac in a Flash (Macaroni and Cheese)
Try this satisfying version of your classic Macaroni and Cheese, while still maintaining low potassium, phosphorus and sodium levels.

Ingredients
3 cups water
1 cup uncooked noodles, any shape
½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon unsalted butter
⅛ teaspoon dry ground mustard
Instructions
- Boil water, add noodles and cook for 5-7 minutes or until tender. Drain.
- While still very hot, sprinkle noodles with cheese then stir in butter and ground mustard.
Cooking Tip
Shredded colby jack cheese also works in this quick dish.
