Herb Topped Fish
This is an easy baked fish recipe that allows you to pick the type of fish you like.

Ingredients
8 1½-inch thick fillet pieces of salmon (or other white fish (24 ounces))
Olive oil spray
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons chives, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon dried dill
½ teaspoon dry mustard
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spray shallow baking pan with olive oil. Place raw fish in pan.
- Blend all remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Spread mixture on top of fillets.
- Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Cooking Tip
Add a few drops of lemon juice on top of the fish for extra freshness.
