Grilled Chicken Breasts Sesame
Chicken gets a soy and ginger marinade in this recipe. Honey and sesame give the chicken a sweet and tangy flavor for all to enjoy.

1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
2 teaspoons ginger, grated
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon cooking sherry
1 4-ounce skinned, boned chicken breast halves
Vegetable oil cooking spray

Instructions
- Set grill to 400°F.
- Combine the sesame seeds, ginger, honey, soy sauce, and cooking sherry in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Flatten chicken pieces to ¼-inch thickness using a mallet or rolling pin.
- Spray grill with cooking spray.
- Grill chicken over medium-hot coals 4 minutes each side, basting frequently with soy sauce mixture.
- Transfer to a serving platter.
