Green Kiwi Smoothie
The color of this smoothie is decidedly green, unlike some “green” smoothies that are given that name because of their ingredients, despite their sometimes non-green color!
Kiwi adds vibrancy to the hue, but it also delivers a hefty nutritional impact. It contains more vitamin C than an orange, ounce for ounce—about 85 percent of the daily recommended amount in one fruit. Kiwi is also high in fiber, helping to regulate blood sugar and support the digestive system.

Cooking Tip

Simply leave out the honey to make this recipe vegan.
