8-ounces oat milk

1 teaspoon powdered turmeric

1 tablespoon maple syrup

 

Special Equipment:

High Speed blender or latte frother

Instructions

  1. Combine oat milk, turmeric and maple syrup in a small saucepan.
  2. Whisk thoroughly to combine well.
  3. Heat over medium heat until it begins to bubble.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Serve as is, or if you want it extra frothy, use a latte frother or blender at high speed to generate some air. Enjoy immediately.

Cooking Tip

You can also whip air into your latte with an immersion blender.
