Golden Turmeric Latte

8-ounces oat milk
1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Special Equipment:
High Speed blender or latte frother
Instructions
- Combine oat milk, turmeric and maple syrup in a small saucepan.
- Whisk thoroughly to combine well.
- Heat over medium heat until it begins to bubble.
- Remove from heat.
- Serve as is, or if you want it extra frothy, use a latte frother or blender at high speed to generate some air. Enjoy immediately.

You can also whip air into your latte with an immersion blender.
