Fruit Salsa
Bring this sweet and spicy salsa to any party and it will surely be a hit! It starts sweet and ends with earthy notes. Great as a side with any grilled item.

Ingredients
¾ cup pineapple, diced
¾ cup mango, canned or frozen, diced
½ cup strawberries, diced
¼ cup red onion, diced
2 tablespoons jalapeño, stemmed, seeded, and finely diced
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons orange juice, freshly squeezed
1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a medium ceramic or glass bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir to blend.
- Cover with plastic wrap and allow the salsa to marinade for 20-30 minutes before serving.
Cooking Tip
Maximize flavor by allowing the fruit to marinate longer!
