2 (6-inch) flour tortillas
2 tablespoons plain cream cheese
1 apple, peeled, cored, and sliced thin
1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Lay both tortillas on a clean work surface and spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese onto each tortilla, leaving about ½ inch around the edges.
- Arrange the apple slices on the cream cheese, just off the center of the tortilla on the side closest to you, leaving about 1½ inches on each side and 2 inches on the bottom.
- Drizzle the apples lightly with honey.
- Fold the left and right edges of the tortillas into the center, laying the edge over the apples.
- Taking the tortilla edge closest to you, fold it over the fruit and the side pieces. Roll the tortilla away from you, creating a snug wrap.
