Frozen Yogurt Bark
People get very excited about this delicious and refreshing snack! Similar to chocolate bark, the medium is yogurt instead and studded with your favorite toppings. Store in the freezer for a delicious and nutritious snack or breakfast treat!

Ingredients
2½ cups yogurt, full fat, unflavored
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
¼ cup granola or muesli
¼ cup berries, sliced (any type of berry)
¼ cup dried fruits (cranberries, apricots, cherries, etc.)
1 cup mango, freshly peeled and diced
2 tablespoons chocolate chips
2 tablespoons coconut chips
Instructions
- Prepare a flat tray or baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together yogurt and honey. Spread yogurt onto parchment paper, about ¼-½ inch thick.
- Sprinkle granola, fruits, and chocolate and coconut chips onto the yogurt. Press down gently with a spoon to ensure all toppings are embedded into the yogurt.
- Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 2 hours, or until yogurt is hard.
- Break into pieces and enjoy!
Cooking Tip
Make a batch and then store in an air-tight container in the freezer for up to 4 weeks.
