French Style Vinaigrette

Add this vinaigrette to any salad for a deliciously satisfying delight to your salads, chicken, or tofu.

1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
½ teaspoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
¼ teaspoon garlic, minced
A pinch of Kosher salt
⅛ teaspoon white pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small sealable jar or container.
- Shake well for 10 seconds, until mixture is well combined and looks creamy.
