Dr. Pearl’s Delicious Salad Dressing

Use this healthy and easy to make dressing on your next salad to add some zest to it. Simple yet versatile.

Ingredients

⅜ cup rice seasoned vinegar

¾ cup canola oil

⅛ cup Dijon mustard

½ heaping teaspoon garlic, minced

½ tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large mason jar (or other sealable container), place the ingredients and shake for 30 seconds to 1 minute to fully combine.
  2. Drizzle over a salad and serve. Keep leftovers refrigerated.

Cooking Tip

Don’t have rice seasoned vinegar? Substitute with apple cider vinegar. Add other herbs to spice up the flavor.
