Cucumber Dill Cream Cheese Bites

Simple snack that is easy to create in between meals.

2 medium cucumbers (about 8 inches long)

8 ounces cream cheese, softened at room temperature

4 ounces whole milk Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons dill

Instructions

  1. Cut cucumber slices into ½ inch thick slices.
  2. Mix together cream cheese and Greek yogurt with large spoon or hand mixer. Stir in dill. Season with other non-salt seasonings to taste.
  3. Distribute 1 tablespoon of cream cheese spread evenly between 4 slices of cucumbers.
