2 medium cucumbers (about 8 inches long)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened at room temperature
4 ounces whole milk Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons dill
Makes: 5 Serving size: 4 cucumber bites
- Cut cucumber slices into ½ inch thick slices.
- Mix together cream cheese and Greek yogurt with large spoon or hand mixer. Stir in dill. Season with other non-salt seasonings to taste.
- Distribute 1 tablespoon of cream cheese spread evenly between 4 slices of cucumbers.
