Cucumber Dill Cream Cheese Bites
Simple snack that is easy to create in between meals. This dish can be had as a snack, appetizer, or paired as a side with a chicken dish
Makes
Serving size
Ingredients
2 medium cucumbers (about 8 inches long)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened at room temperature
4 ounces whole milk Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons dill
Instructions
- Cut cucumber slices into twenty ½ inch thick slices.
- Mix together cream cheese and Greek yogurt with large spoon or hand mixer. Stir in dill.
- Distribute 1 tablespoon of cream cheese spread evenly between 4 slices of cucumbers.
Cooking Tip
This dip tastes even better next day, as the dill had time to infuse into the cheese. Make the dip ahead and chill the mixture overnight in the fridge.
