Creole Seasoning Mix
Creole food is the urban equivalent of the more rural Cajun cuisine in Louisiana. Traditional Creole food uses tomatoes, which are not recommended on a renal diet, but you can still enjoy using this seasoning mix in recipes despite the tomato omission. Creole cuisine uses many high-quality ingredients made popular in upscale kitchens in New Orleans.
