Creamy Fruit Salad

The tangy yogurt dressing elevates this fruit salad; adding a calcium boost as well. It’s ideal for breakfast on summer mornings.

Ingredients
1 cup strawberries, cut in quarters, lengthwise
1 cup blueberries
2 medium peaches, diced
1 cup plain greek yogurt, low-fat or non-fat
2 teaspoon brown sugar cinnamon, to taste
1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Place all the fruit in a medium mixing bowl.
- Combine the yogurt, brown sugar cinnamon, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Mix well.
- Add yogurt mix to the fruit. Toss together, adjust seasoning as needed and enjoy!
- Leftovers can be stored, refrigerated, for up to 2 days.
