Creamy Chicken and Egg Salad

Creamy, crunchy, chewy and a kiss of heat. This is quick and easy to make. Great for a lettuce wrap or on bread. Have for lunch, breakfast, or a snack.

Ingredients

2 teaspoons Cholula® original hot sauce

1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons Bolthouse Farms® Chunky Blue Cheese Yogurt Dressing

5-ounce can Hormel® Premium No Salt Add Chicken Breast in Water, drained

1 cup celery (about 2 stalks), sliced

2 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix the hot sauce, butter, and dressing together.
  2. Add the chicken and mix well.
  3. Add the celery and eggs and mix well.
  4. Serve in ½ cup portions.

Cooking Tip

If desired, serve over a slice of bread, in a lettuce cup or with ½ cup cherries or an apple.
