1 cup (81 grams) rolled oats
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
½ cup water
Pinch sea salt
2 tablespoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
3 tablespoons maple syrup, organic or vegan friendly
1 tablespoon tahini
10 raspberries
1 tablespoon almonds, sliced
Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, almond milk, water, salt, cocoa powder, maple syrup and tahini in a medium saucepan thoroughly.
- Heat over medium-high heat and cook until oats are fully heated and thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and pour into 2 bowls.
- Divide raspberries and almonds topping into the 2 bowls and serve.
Cooking Tip
You can also thoroughly combine all ingredients up to the raspberries in a jar or closed container, leave in the refrigerator overnight for ‘overnight’ oats. Just as delicious and no ‘cooking’ needed.
