Make your own Chinese seasoning blend at home. This blend is aromatic, packed with flavor and can be used in a variety of authentic Chinese dishes.

4 teaspoon ground ginger 

2 tablespoon onion powder 

2 tablespoon anise seeds, crushed 

2 teaspoon ground allspice 

½ teaspoon ground cloves 

2 teaspoon sesame seeds 

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a sealable container and shake well. 

Cooking Tip

Add spice intensity by lightly toasting dry spices in a dry skillet for 2 to 3 minutes before sealing and storing.
