2 tablespoon anise seeds, crushed
2 teaspoon ground allspice
½ teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a sealable container and shake well.
Cooking Tip
Add spice intensity by lightly toasting dry spices in a dry skillet for 2 to 3 minutes before sealing and storing.
