4 eggs, slightly beaten

Dash of pepper

1½ cups 2% milk

3 ounces cheddar cheese, grated

¼ cup onions, chopped

1 teaspoon parsley leaves

1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour into prepared, unbaked pastry shell.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  5. Cool slightly before cutting into 8 even slices.
