10 cauliflower florets
1 whole head of broccoli
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
¼ onion, chopped
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
½ cup water
Makes: 12 Serving size: 1 cup
- Cut cauliflower, broccoli and carrots into bite-size pieces and add butter or margarine, onion and garlic salt.
- Bring ½ cup water to a boil in a very large pot and steam vegetables until done, approximately 30 minutes.
