Broccoli Blossom
This recipe is a blend of nutritious veggies, served on a warm English muffin and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.

1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup onion, chopped
1 cup red cabbage, chopped
½ cup broccoli, chopped
3 tablespoons water
¼ teaspoon tarragon
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ ground black pepper
¼ ground red pepper
1 English muffin, split and toasted
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
- Add olive oil to wok (or large skillet) on medium heat.
- Add onion, cabbage, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add water and cover. Steam for 5 minutes.
- Add all spices and cook 2 minutes more.
- Serve over English muffin halves and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cooking Tip
Use whole wheat English muffins for a healthier option.
