Breakfast Burrito with Egg and Chorizo

This burrito is packed with protein and will keep you satisfied until lunch time.

Ingredients

3 ounces chorizo 

3 eggs, beaten 

3 flour tortillas 

Instructions

  1. Fry chorizo in skillet until dark in color.  
  2. Add eggs and cook until done.  
  3. Fill warmed tortillas with mixture and roll up, folding up the bottom edge first to keep the filling from falling out. 

Cooking Tip

You can use tortillas that are under 200 mg of sodium with no added potassium or phosphorus. Don’t forget to add your favorite low-sodium salsa for some extra spice.
