Bow-Tie Pasta Salad

This pasta recipe is loaded with veggies and flavor. It is easy to whip up for your family. Satisfying and yummy, it makes a great pasta salad for a picnic or barbecue.

Ingredients for Pasta:
2 cups (5 ounces dry) bow-tie pasta, cooked and cooled
¼ cup (1 small stalk) celery, chopped
2 tablespoons red bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons carrot, shredded
2 tablespoons onion, minced
Ingredients for Dressing:
⅛ teaspoon pepper
⅔ cup Kraft® real mayonnaise
½ teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons vinegar
Instructions
Instructions for Pasta:
- Boil pasta as instructed on package. Run the noodles under cold water to cool.
- Mix cooked pasta, celery, bell pepper, carrot, and onion in a bowl.
Instructions for Dressing and Assembly:
- In a separate small bowl, blend black pepper, mayonnaise, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour dressing over pasta and vegetables. Mix until coated well.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
