Bow-Tie Pasta Salad

This pasta recipe is loaded with veggies and flavor and is very easy to whip up for your family! Satisfying and yummy, it makes a great pasta salad for a picnic or barbecue.

Ingredients

2 cups bow-tie pasta (farfalle), cooked

¼ cup celery, chopped

2 tablespoon green bell pepper, chopped

2 tablespoon carrot, shredded

2 tablespoon onion, minced

 

Dressing:

⅛ teaspoon black pepper, freshly grounded

⅔ cup mayonnaise

½ teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix pasta, celery, bell pepper, carrot and onion in a bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, blend black pepper, mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Pour dressing over pasta and vegetables. Mix until coated well. Chill and serve.
