2 cups bow-tie pasta (farfalle), cooked
¼ cup celery, chopped
2 tablespoon green bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoon carrot, shredded
2 tablespoon onion, minced
⅛ teaspoon black pepper, freshly grounded
⅔ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice
Makes: 8 Serving size: ⅓ cup
- Mix pasta, celery, bell pepper, carrot and onion in a bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, blend black pepper, mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour dressing over pasta and vegetables. Mix until coated well. Chill and serve.
