Blueberry Peanut Butter Overnight Oatmeal

Enjoy a wholesome and hearty breakfast before work. Avoid the morning rush and prepare these delicious and nutritious breakfast oats the night before.

Ingredients

2 cups old fashioned oats

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon chia seed

1 teaspoon cinnamon

½ cup peanut butter granola

1 cup blueberries

Instructions

  1. Combine old fashioned oats, almond milk, honey, chia seeds and cinnamon in an airtight container.
  2. Mix together and store in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. When ready to eat, spoon a 1 cup serving of overnight oatmeal into a small bowl.
  4. Top with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter granola and ¼ cup fresh blueberries.

Cooking Tip

Use sliced almonds instead of granola for a lower sugar option.
