Ingredients

1 slice white bread (see Homemade Bread recipe, used for nutrient analysis)

1 tablespoon sunflower butter

6 large (11 grams) raspberries (or blackberries/strawberries)

¼ teaspoon hot pepper flakes

1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Spread the sunflower butter on the slice of toast.
  3. Dot with berries of your choice.
  4. Sprinkle hot pepper flakes over the berries and toast.
  5. Drizzle with the honey.

Cooking Tip

You can experiment with other seed butters like pumpkin seed etc. and change up the fruit as well, creating variations on the same delicious concept.
