Aromatic Tea
This is a delicious, restoring beverage with no caffeine. The spices are in such perfect harmony, it is delicious without any sweetener.

Ingredients
5 cups water
2 cinnamon sticks
1 (2-inch) piece ginger, peeled and sliced
1 (2-inch) piece tumeric, peeled and sliced
5 black peppercorns
Instructions
- Pour the water into a medium saucepan and set over medium heat.
- Add all the spices and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm or chilled. Enjoy!
Cooking Tip
You can store the tea in an airtight container in the refrigerator for approximately one week. Drink cold or reheat.
