5 Ingredient Soup
This recipe is great for those breezy summer days, when you need something warm, filling, and nutritious. We made sure to include salt-free items to your ingredient list, so you can worry less.

Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) can fat-free no-salt-added chicken broth
1 (14.4-ounce) can no-salt-added corn, drained and rinsed
1 (14.4-ounce) can no-salt-added black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (14.4-ounce) can fat-free refried beans
1 (14.4-ounce) can no-salt-added diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan, whisking to integrate the refried beans.
- Simmer 8-10 minutes, then serve.
- Garnish as desired.
Cooking Tip
Try topping the soup with 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1 tablespoon green onions, and 2 tablespoons of finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
