What can I do to lower high creatine levels and improve kidney function?

Creatinine is not largely impacted by the diet, but rather the movement of muscles as it is a byproduct of muscle movement. Creatinine is cleared by the kidneys, so when the kidneys aren’t working well, it increases. Obviously, we don’t want to recommend an inactive lifestyle. To indirectly improve creatinine, you can improve the function of the kidneys by limiting inflammation. To limit inflammation of the kidneys work on limiting your intake of processed foods and meats and increasing your intake of vegetables and plant-based foods.
