Is there an app that tells you how much phosphorous is in different fruits and vegetables?

When it comes to phosphorus, there isn’t necessarily an app that tells how much is in each product as it is not required to be listed on the nutrition facts label. The reason for this is the differences in bioavailability (how much of the phosphorus from the food is actually absorbed into the body) of the various sources. Fruits and veggies have minimal impact on body phosphorus because they are both low in phosphorus and low in bioavailability. Plant proteins have higher phosphorus but low bioavailability. Animal proteins have high phosphorus and medium-high bioavailability. Phosphorus additives in processed foods have incredibly high bioavailability.
