I have PKD, should I change my diet?

It depends on your current diet and stage of kidney disease. Early stages of PKD encourage consumption of fruits and vegetables, which is consistent with general healthy eating recommendations. Working with a dietitian can help you identify small changes that can help preserve kidney function.
