It’s difficult to give general diet suggestions/recommendations as the specific cause of the pain should be addressed (i.e. interstitial cystitis, urinary tract infection, etc.). Please consult your doctor, and perhaps request to see an urologist so that the underlying reason to the pain can be addressed.
How can I eat to help cure my urinary bladder pain? Can I eat low-oxalate food?
