Onion Bagel Chips
Have extra bagels on hand? Use them to make chips! Turn them into this easy and yummy snack that you can pair with your favorite dip.

Ingredients
2 plain bagels (3 ½ ounces each)
2 tablespoons margarine, melted
½ teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Cut each bagel in half vertically using a knife.
- Place one bagel half on a flat surface, cut side down, and cut vertically into 8 slices. Repeat steps with remaining bagel halves.
- Place slices on a baking sheet.
- Combine margarine and onion powder, and brush over bagels.
- Bake 20 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Remove from pan; cool completely and serve.
