Shrimp Spread with Crackers
This delicious and easy recipe is the perfect appetizer to serve at a gathering.

Ingredients
2 ½ ounces shrimp, shelled, cooked, minced
¼ cup reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon no salt added ketchup
¼ teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Mrs. Dash® lemon herb seasoning
24 mini matzo crackers
Fresh parsley, minced, for garnish
Instructions
- Fold shrimp into cream cheese until well combined. Avoid over stirring.
- Stir in ketchup, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon herb seasoning.
- Place 1 teaspoon of spread on each cracker.
- Garnish with parsley.
