No Sugar Added Chocolate Chip Cookies
Create traditional chocolate chip cookies, but with a twist. This recipe uses a sugar substitute.

1 cup flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup margarine or butter
4 teaspoons liquid sugar substitute (such as RxSugar®)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg, beaten
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
- In a separate bowl add margarine, sugar substitute, vanilla, and egg. Blend well.
- Add flour mixture and beat well. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop 1 teaspoon of cookie batter onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool and serve.
Cooking Tip
Cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months.
