Sunflower Butter Chocolate Chip Energy Bites
Surprisingly delicious and filling, these tasty snacks only need a bowl and spoon to whip up when you need a healthy snack.

Ingredients
⅔ cup sunflower butter
½ cup chocolate chips, dark
¼ cup raisins
1 cup oats, rolled, uncooked
½ cup ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
- Stir to incorporate well.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Fill a small bowl with 2 cups of warm water. Dip your fingers in the warm water.
- Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and roll with moistened fingers into a ball.
- Repeat until you have 16 balls.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
Cooking Tip
You can play with the flavor by adding different spices to change it up a bit each time you make it.
