Turkey Burger Sliders
For that BBQ season, try these fun and simple turkey burgers that will satisfy your entire family.

Ingredients
16 ounces ground turkey 85% lean, 15% fat
¼ cup red bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup green bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup white onion, chopped
1 teaspoon basil, grounded
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
2-4 tablespoon cooking oil
Pepperidge Farm® white slider buns
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, red and green bell peppers, onions, basil, rosemary, and garlic.
- Form into 8 small (2-ounce) patties and place them in a covered dish.
- Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to pan for each batch of sliders.
- Cook the patties on a medium-low heat 4-6 minutes per side, flipping once, until they reach 165°F. Remove from heat.
- Once the patties are cooked, add them to your slider buns and enjoy!
Cooking Tip
For a low-carb alternative, you can enjoy the patty plain or swap the buns for lettuce wraps!
