¼ cup bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon mayo
1 pouch low-sodium tuna (packed in water)
2 butter lettuce leaves (or any large leaf lettuce)
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
⅛ teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
- Drain tuna.
- In a small bowl, mix together tuna, bell pepper and mayo.
- Divide tuna mixture in half and place equal amounts into each lettuce leaf.
- Wrap tightly and serve.
