Easy Tuna Lettuce Wraps

Delicious and healthy lettuce wraps topped with a hearty tuna salad. Great for a simple and fresh lunch or dinner.

¼ cup bell pepper, chopped

1 tablespoon mayo

1 pouch low-sodium tuna (packed in water)

2 butter lettuce leaves (or any large leaf lettuce)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together tuna, bell pepper and mayo.
  2. Divide tuna mixture in half and place equal amounts into each lettuce leaf.
  3. Wrap tightly and serve.
